Terms and Conditions for Photo Booth Hustle by Flashbulb Memories, LLC

Welcome to Photo Booth Hustle, a service provided by Flashbulb Memories, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any of our online courses (hereafter referred to as the “Course”) you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. 2. Refunds Policy

2.1 Due to the nature of digital courses, all sales are considered final. Once a course has been purchased, we cannot issue a refund or permit an exchange for another course. If you are not sure if a course is the right fit for you, feel free to ask us first!

6.1 Geographic Restrictions: The Course is not available for purchase or use by individuals or companies located in the country of Estonia, or within a 150-mile radius of said territory. If a purchase is made from this restricted location, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund the buyer, less processing fees.

6.2 Commercial Restrictions:

• The information and materials provided in the Course, including but not limited to AI models, techniques, and methodologies, are for the exclusive use of the purchasing individual or company.
• Course materials may not be resold, redistributed, or incorporated into any commercial product, application, or service that can be utilized by other companies or individuals.
• Use of the Course materials to develop commercial applications, tools, or products for sale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Prohibited Uses:

• The Course content and materials may not be shared, sold, or used for group training purposes without express written consent from us.
• Any attempt to bypass these restrictions, including creating derivative works based on the Course materials, is a violation of these Terms.

11. Community Guidelines for Community Group

11.1 Courses that include access to a community group require adherence to community guidelines. Ensure respect for all members, avoid unauthorized sharing of content, such as screenshots, and maintain a positive environment. Breach of these rules may lead to removal from the group.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content, materials, and intellectual property provided in the Course remain the exclusive property of Photo Booth Hustle and Flashbulb Memories, LLC.
